With a strong background in luxury hospitality and destination services, she has worked with renowned properties such as One&Only Palmilla, as well as leading tour operators and DMC’s across Cabo and La Paz. This blend of hands-on adventure and high-end service allows her to create journeys that are both seamless and authentic.

Rafa is an ocean lover, adventurer, scuba diving instructor, captain, and experienced guide. He is passionate about revealing Baja’s hidden treasures—from secluded waterfalls and salt flats to desert oases and historic towns rarely visited by travelers. Arriving in Baja at a young age, he quickly fell in love with its natural beauty and vibrant marine life. With a background working for DMC’s in Cabo, Rafa later discovered scuba diving, which became a lifelong passion and led him to over 18 years of experience as a guide and instructor. His curiosity and love for exploration also inspired him to learn navigation and sailing, making him a highly skilled captain today. Rafa speaks Spanish, English, and French, and is dedicated to creating unforgettable, experiences both on land and at sea.

What is the best time to visit Baja?
Baja offers great experiences year-round, depending on what you´re looking for:

When is the best time to see gray whales?
From late January through mid-March when the whales migrate to the calm lagoons along the Pacific coast. During this season, they come close to shore to give birth, nurse their calves, and can often be seen surfacing veryclose from the boat often making an unforgettable experience in Baja.

Wildlife encounters are never guaranteed. We always prioritize a respectful nature-first approach, which makes each experience authentic and unique.
